Service-Related Fees

| After-Hours Service | Applies to jobs with a start time before 8:00 AM or after 6:00 PM, or an estimated completion time after 7:00 PM. | 25% of the total hourly rate |
| Same-Day Service | For urgent moving requests within the same business day. | 10% of the total move cost |
| Cancellation Fee | A fee charged if a customer cancels a move. | 50% of deposit within 48 hours, 100% within 24 hours |
| Rescheduling Fee | A fee charged if a customer reschedules a move. | $50 within 48 hours, $100 within 24 hours |
| Stairs Fee | Applies to each flight of stairs above the ground level when elevator access is unavailable. | 10% of the total hourly rate per flight |
| Elevator Fee | some building charge moving companies to use their elevators, this fee would be passed on to the customer. | Included in hourly rate, will add more time to the move. |
| Long Carry Fee | Applies when movers have to carry items a significant distance from the truck to the entrance of the home or building. | Included in hourly rate, will add more time to the move. |
| Assembly/Disassembly Fee | Disassembling furniture (beds, tables, etc.) and reassembling them at the destination. | Included in hourly rate, will add more time to the move. |
